About Veterinary Public Health Association (VPHA)

Veterinary Public Health Association (VPHA) is a division of the British Veterinary Association dedicated to advancing veterinary public health in the UK and internationally. Our diverse membership includes veterinarians and allied professionals working across government, academia, industry, and practice. We influence legislation, deliver training, and promote the vital role of vets in public health—spanning animal health, food safety, zoonoses, and environmental protection. Through national and international representation, including the Federation of Veterinarians of Europe, VPHA supports the "One Health, One World" mission.
