We act for clients in the Midlands and countrywide in both privately and publicly funded cases. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide expert advice and representation upon arrest. The firm was formed in 2008 by the merger of two long established firms to bring together related and complementary specialisms, leading to a firm capable of providing nationwide advice and representation. The firm has continued to expand, employing many more solicitors including 9 solicitor advocates with rights of audience in the Crown Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. In-house counsel provides representation for clients in the most serious of cases. From our six offices across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire we provide a comprehensive service through the whole criminal process from initial instructions at the police station through to the Crown Court and Court of Appeal. We have specialist motoring law solicitors available to defend you at court or the police station in relation to road traffic offences. Should you receive a sentence of imprisonment, or already be serving one, our experienced solicitors and paralegals will be able to provide advice and representation in all aspects of prison law. The firm boasts a specialist regulatory defence practice, with a track record of representing professionals who are being investigated by the police, professional and other regulatory bodies. We also offer education law advice and representation in matters such as school admissions, SEN, disciplinary matters and judicial review.
