We offer a cloud-based and AI-powered Building Management System. With our predictive room control technology your commercial building will consume 20-40% less heating energy while improving the user comfort. Our AI technology learns the thermal behaviour of each room in the building solely from measurement data and uses this knowledge to proactively optimise building control. As a spin-off from the Urban Energy Systems Lab at Empa and the Automatic Control Lab at ETH Zurich, we are closely connected to leading research and innovation. Our solution can be installed within just a few hours.
