About Victoria House Funeral Service

Our aim is providing an individual personalised service of care and compassion to bereaved families within Hartlepool and surrounding villages. We are located in a central position of town, Victoria Road with free parking facilities for our clients at the front of our premises. In the funeral home we have kept some of the original features of the building, yet added a modern and comfortable style to our reception, lounge and chapel areas, with friendly staff providing a traditional and modern day funeral service. We offer a wide range of services from a Funeral soloist, to a florist who is available for one to one consultations. Also offering a wide selection of products, including traditional, eco-friendly and picture coffins. Carl, Apolena and Andrew have worked locally in the funeral profession each for over 20 years, dedicated to their role as Funeral Directors and are an integral part of the community.
