About Victoria Lindfield Associates

Victoria Lindfield Associates is a London based PA and Business Support recruitment consultancy, offering a bespoke and specialist service. We place permanent, contract and (or) temporary Executive Assistants, PAs and Business Support experts within London, across the UK and internationally. Our work and experience cover all industries: from FTSE 100 firms to Financial and Professional Services to Media, Creative and Technology. With over a decade of business support recruitment experience, Victoria Lindfield Associates was established by Victoria Lindfield. Seeking to move away from the larger agency environment and craft something more unique, Victoria felt there was a need for a more consultative and more personal approach. Whether a candidate or client, you’re equally important. We are deeply committed to finding you the perfect solution to your job search or for your business and will keep going until we get it right. At Victoria Lindfield Associates we have spent time building a valued and strong network of relationships to ensure we present you with the best possible fit for you.
