About vid

Most marketing teams know they need video. They just can't make it work consistently. Not because they lack creativity or budget because they lack a system. Without one, video becomes reactive. One-off shoots that don't connect. Content that doesn't compound. Production that stalls the moment someone gets busy. The strategy resets every quarter, the output stays random, and the gap between what your team is producing and what your pipeline needs keeps growing. Video Co. was built to solve that problem structurally. We don't produce videos. We install the infrastructure that makes video predictable — so your marketing team produces consistent, sales-aligned content every week without hiring anyone new or starting from scratch. Our system is called VidOS™ — a complete Video Operating System: strategy, production workflow, tech stack, and execution engine, installed inside your team. Once it's running, video stops being a project and starts being a machine. Three ways to work with us: → VidOS™ Install — Your complete video system, deployed in 30 days. Strategy, workflow, tech stack, and 5 live revenue video assets. Fixed scope. Fixed timeline. Backed by a double guarantee on delivery and adoption. → VidOS™ Operator — We run your system monthly. Scripting, filming, editing, publishing, reporting. Available after Install. → Video Production Sprint — One high-impact asset delivered in 2–4 weeks. We serve growth-stage and enterprise B2B companies ($10M–$500M) across SaaS, Tech, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Education. Clients include Carnival Corporation, Zendesk, Match Group, Amazon Studios, Intuit QuickBooks, and Teachable. Video Co. installs your video operating system. You own it. It runs without us. That's the point.
