About Vietnam International Safe Labour Alliance (VISLA e.V.)

Our mission is to create safe migration pathways for Vietnamese labourers to Germany and other international labour markets, focusing on the skilled and lower-skilled as well as undocumented labour migrants who are often excluded from formal channels. We are committed to fostering stronger intercultural relations, helping labour migrants integrate into society after their arrival, and providing essential resources and training to stakeholders in both Vietnam and destination countries. Through strategic partnerships and effective structures, we aim to build a future where Vietnamese migrants can access fair labour opportunities internationally, free from exploitation and harm while contributing positively to the communities they join.
