About Vietnam Lifestyle Medicine Alliance

The Vietnam Lifestyle Medicine Alliance (VLMA) is a physician-led, mission-driven social enterprise and national alliance dedicated to advancing Lifestyle Medicine in Viet Nam, with 100% of surplus reinvested in its mission. Founded in 2025, VLMA promotes the science and practice of Lifestyle Medicine to prevent, manage, and, where possible, reverse chronic diseases through evidence-based interventions in nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connection, and the avoidance of harmful substances. VLMA is committed to improving population health, enhancing clinical quality, and strengthening multidisciplinary collaboration in alignment with the global mission of the Lifestyle Medicine Global Alliance (LMGA) and the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (IBLM). Liên minh Y học Lối sống Việt Nam (VLMA) là liên minh quốc gia do bác sĩ dẫn dắt, hoạt động theo mô hình doanh nghiệp xã hội với cam kết tái đầu tư 100% phần thặng dư để phát triển Y học Lối sống tại Việt Nam. Được thành lập năm 2025, VLMA thúc đẩy khoa học và thực hành Y học Lối sống nhằm phòng ngừa, quản lý và khi có thể, đảo ngược các bệnh mạn tính thông qua các can thiệp dựa trên bằng chứng về dinh dưỡng, hoạt động thể chất, giấc ngủ, quản lý căng thẳng, kết nối xã hội tích cực và tránh các chất có hại. VLMA cam kết cải thiện sức khỏe cộng đồng, nâng cao chất lượng lâm sàng và tăng cường hợp tác đa chuyên ngành phù hợp với sứ mạng toàn cầu của Lifestyle Medicine Global Alliance (LMGA) và International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (IBLM).
