About Vihara by CMK

Vihara by CMK is a boutique events and resort destination nestled in Maradu, Kochi, designed as a serene retreat where celebrations, culture, and coastal calm come together. Vihara is the hospitality venture of the CMK Group, a legacy business established in 1974. Over the decades, the group has built a strong presence in the oil and gas contracting and retail sector through companies such as CMK Petroproducts, CMK Petronet, and Enkay Associates. Building on this foundation of trust and enterprise, the group expanded into hospitality with a portfolio of budget properties before stepping into the premium boutique hospitality segment with Vihara to create an 'Urban Sanctuary' in Kochi. At Vihara, thoughtfully designed spaces, tranquil surroundings, and curated experiences come together to create a destination ideal for intimate events, celebrations, retreats, and leisure stays. Located in the vibrant coastal city of Kochi, the property blends modern comfort with the relaxed charm of Kerala’s backwater culture.
