About VIKA Virginia, LLC

SERVICES We specialize in the sustainable transformation of our home region because we believe in knowing the community you affect and building relationships that last beyond a single project. Explore our solutions in Civil Engineering & Site Design, Planning & Entitlement, Surveying & Geomatics, and Landscape Architecture. OUR FOUNDATION Though our team draws on experience and inspiration from around the world, the DMV is our home. We have been placemaking throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia for four decades, so we know the area’s geography and development history and have relationships with the region’s decision-makers. We invest ourselves in well-designed places that meet community needs and grow sustainably over time. We work as one cohesive team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceed our clients’ expectations. OUR EFFECT From our contributions in support of the first responders at the Pentagon after the September 11th attacks to transformative districts that add value to communities across our jurisdiction—like the Mosaic District in Merrifield, and The Boro in Tysons—we take pride in being a part of the process as our communities re-envision themselves.
