About VilaFoia

Located in the peaceful mountains of Monchique in the Algarve, VilaFoia is a boutique guesthouse and retreat venue offering panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding nature of southern Portugal. Founded in 2009, VilaFoia combines warm hospitality, nature, and tranquility to create the ideal setting for retreats, workshops, wellness programs, and private events. Surrounded by cork forests and mountain landscapes, the venue provides an inspiring environment for yoga retreats, corporate offsites, creative workshops, walking groups, and personal development programs. The property features comfortable guest rooms with private balconies, a swimming pool, gardens, and several indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for group activities. Our team supports retreat organizers with a flexible and personal approach, helping create memorable experiences for their guests. Beyond hosting retreats, VilaFoia also welcomes individual travelers seeking silence, nature, and authentic Algarve hospitality away from the busy coastal resorts. Guests can enjoy scenic hiking trails, wellness experiences, local gastronomy, and breathtaking sunsets over the Algarve coastline. VilaFoia is where nature, inspiration, and hospitality meet. 📍 Monchique – Algarve – Portugal www.vilafoia.com
