About Villa Pilates

Villa Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio concept dedicated to intentional movement, combining high-quality instruction, physiotherapy-led care, and education to support long-term strength, mobility, and wellbeing. Founded in Melbourne, Villa Pilates operates three studios across Carlton, the CBD, and Glen Waverley, offering group classes, private sessions, and physiotherapist-led Pilates in thoughtfully designed, light-filled spaces. Our approach blends classical Pilates principles with contemporary movement science, ensuring sessions are both refined and evidence-informed. Beyond the studio floor, Villa Pilates is also committed to education and professional development, training the next generation of Pilates instructors through in-person courses and mentorship pathways. Many of our graduates go on to teach locally and internationally, or open their own studios. At Villa Pilates, we believe movement should be intelligent, personalised, and deeply connected to community — creating spaces where people can move with purpose, confidence, and care.
