About Village of Johnsburg

Johnsburg is a community located in northeastern McHenry County, approximately seven miles south of the Wisconsin state line and home to nearly 6500 residents. Johnsburg is fortunate to have frontage along two of Northern Illinois most desirable corridors; the Fox River/Chain of Lakes waterway system to the east; and the fast developing Route 31 corridor to the west.
