About Vindex Systems

Vindex Systems Limited was formed in 2002 specialising in designing, delivering and supporting IP Video Surveillance, Intruder Alarms, Intelligent Vehicle Management Systems, ANPR and Access Control systems. The Vindex team is structured to deliver the very best levels of customer service. From the outset of a project the focus is entirely on establishing the individual needs of our clients. This appreciation translates into practical solutions that identify and protect the security risks at any given time. By choosing to specialise in certain areas of the security and traffic management market sector Vindex are able to lead with innovative solutions and system designs and do not suffer with the lack of in house expertise that their competitors often have when trying to be all things to all men. The design of solutions is something that is taken for granted and all too often this lack of detail at the front end leads to disappointment on completion. The Vindex Systems team have many years’ experience in consulting and designing security solutions to ensure that all customer objectives are agreed, documented and delivered. Another key area of focus is an unrivalled commitment to customer service delivery. We have moved the focus away from simple response times and towards a guaranteed time to repair. Each customer is provided with a tailored service and support agreement ensuring that key business infrastructure is maintained without the client paying the unnecessary fees built into standard support contracts. As an independent specialist Vindex have access to a very wide range of product. Through a robust product policy, we have developed strategic partnerships with many of the leading manufacturers including American Dynamics, Avigilon, Axis, Cisco, Commend, CNL, Excel, Genetec, HID, Honeywell, HP Aruba, Indigo Vision, Milestone, Mobotix, Nedap, Software House, Urmet and others.
