About Vineskills

We’re a group of 25+ legal and technology experts — most of our team has legal experience or has worked at Filevine (or both!). Follow us for expert intel, best practices and advice on how to use Filevine and related tech. FILEVINE LAUNCH AND OPTIMIZATION By taking on the heavy lifting, and optimizing your Filevine to fit your process, we’ll free you up to focus on what really matters – driving strategy and moving cases forward. Whether you are new to Filevine or have been using it for years, we can help you with custom workflows, tasks, sections, and document templates. FILEVINE SOFTWARE INTEGRATION We are building some helpful integrations to Filevine: QuickBooks to Filevine Skill Sync the case costs directly from QuickBooks into a section of each Filevine project. 100% accurate case costs right inside Filevine. Smart Mailroom Automatically route scanned or emailed documents into the correct Filevine project. We will provide a fast way to print a QR code page that knows to route the mail to the correct project. It will not need anything third-party software and can be used with any scanner that can scan to email. Eventually, we will use some AI to match the contents to a project without the need to print the QR code.
