It develops through programme pressure, resourcing gaps, contractual drift and poorly positioned claims. By the time issues formalise, leverage is often reduced. We are typically engaged in two circumstances: Embedded Commercial & Planning Support Providing experienced commercial and planning resource to strengthen live project teams, stabilise reporting, and restore commercial control where margin and programme certainty are under pressure. Claims & Strategic Advisory Positioning, preparing or defending claims with a focus on protecting commercial leverage and avoiding formal dispute wherever possible. Our work is carried out discreetly alongside Commercial Directors, Project Leads and Planning teams, often within sensitive or commercially exposed environments.
