Vintyri also offers a unique and disruptive educational experience that allows aspiring entrepreneurs to cut their teeth in the most rigorous e-commerce school on earth. In an effort to change incentives feeding greed in capitalism, Vintyri has 6 figure salary caps, and rewards magnanimous giving as part of it's compensation structure. The more value each employee creates above their salary cap, the more they get to charitably give back. Vintyri also gives 10% of it's profits annually to support Non-Profit efforts around the globe, and requires each of its employees give 5 paid hours per week in service to these organizations.
