About VIP Diabetes & Health

After completing a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, Viv has studied Psychology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nutrition, Diabetes Education, Weight, Pain, Sleep, Mindfulness, Meditations, Eastern Philosophy and Human Behaviours. For over 20 years she has worked in universities, hospitals, community pharmacies and medical centres. She currently collaborates with over 300 doctors, including general practitioners, endocrinologists, obstetricians and other medical specialists in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. In 2019 Viv was the recipient of the PSA’s most prestigious pharmacy award in Queensland, the Bowl of Hygeia for her work. She continues to share her enthusiasm through lecturing in universities and mentoring new pharmacists and diabetes educators. She also presents in conferences and meetings to share her knowledge with colleagues.
