About Viridian Design Group

Kathleen Goodwin Interiors | Viridian Custom Homes | Viridian Modular | Sotheby’s International Realty Viridian Design Group is a multidisciplinary firm uniting four interrelated businesses that integrate architectural and interior design, residential construction, and real estate into one seamless client experience. We help clients envision and create homes with creativity, rigorous planning, and purpose. Each project is guided by market insight that ensures every design decision enhances long-term value. As Partner, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Real Estate, I oversee brand development, client engagement, and performance across this integrated structure. Together, our disciplines encompass architectural and interior design, Lindal post-and-beam construction, custom modular homes, and design-driven real estate: presenting luxury homes, guiding renovation and redevelopment opportunities, supporting land acquisition and development, and transforming the way properties are sold. The result is a process that is more thoughtful, efficient, and rewarding — and homes that are beautifully designed, expertly built, and creatively sold.
