About VirtualStaff.ph

VirtualStaff.ph is the company behind the VirtualStaff Seat — a plug-and-play system that supplies businesses with dependable, full-time back-office staff from the Philippines. The VirtualStaff Seat is a new staffing model designed for long-term team building — not a job board, freelancer marketplace, or traditional offshore staffing company. Each VirtualStaff Seat supplies a full-time team member who works directly inside your business, follows your hours, and plugs into your daily operations. Businesses commonly build teams across roles such as customer support, admin, billing, bookkeeping, and back-office operations. You decide what to pay. The staff member receives 100% of it. No salary padding. No bundled pricing. No outsourcing markups. This simple structure creates higher loyalty, lower turnover, and more stable back-office teams than traditional offshore models. Since 2016, businesses across the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom have used the VirtualStaff Seat System to build affordable, reliable back-office teams — starting with one Seat and scaling as they grow. VirtualStaff.ph exists to make building offshore teams simple, transparent, and stress-free — one VirtualStaff Seat at a time.
