About Vis Export - Import, Spol. S R.o.

Founded in 1998 by forestry engineer František Šimák, VIS Export-Import stands as the last high-end solid wood panel producer of its kind in Czechia and Slovakia. Now proudly led by his wife and daughter, we continue his vision of uniting the finest European wood species—oak, ash, birch, and beech—with clients who demand both exceptional quality and EU-certified traceability. From traditional Japanese temple builders to Norwegian craftsmen, our 27-year track record with partners like Fritzøe Engros and DLH proves that we don't just deliver panels—we co-create lasting relationships rooted in trust, sustainability, and the shared belief that true craftsmanship transcends generations. At VIS Export-Import, every panel carries our founder's legacy: precision in production, respect for nature, and partnerships that stand as strong and enduring as the wood we deliver.
