Vision Properties was established in 1999 when the ongoing need for professional property management was realised. Vision Properties has offices in Pretoria and a satellite office in Lephalale. Vision Properties currently manages over 300 schemes/estates which totals up to more than 6000 units. Vision Properties specialises in the management of Sectional and Full Title schemes and Estates, the management of rental properties as well as the marketing of properties. We pride ourselves in our service orientated approach towards all owners, trustees, developers, tenants and landlords. Our target markets are residential schemes/group housing dwellings, retirement villages, commercial and industrial property, property owners, investors, landlords, property funds and developers. Vision Properties are registered at the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) and is also a member of the National Association of Managing Agents (NAMA).
