About Vista Consulting

At Vista our aim is to change the way in which design is approached by both clients and developers alike. From the inception of a scheme, right through to final completion and reviews, we are there every step of the way. Vista Consultants ensure that projects are designed and managed with both cost and time as a core focus from day one. In a world where clients are battling cost increases and project delays, Vista seeks to radically reduce the impact of these changes by properly managing the VE process through RIBA stages 1 and 2. With our assistance, contractors will receive fully coordinated packs of information at RIBA stage 3, resulting in a more competitive tender. Not only do we provide pre-tender design information, but we also offer a wide array of services including Dilapidation surveys, Programme analysis, Land appraisal, and much more. Our focus is to enable projects to arrive on-site as quickly as possible with minimal delays in the pre-construction process.
