Vita Brevis provides EPIC Solutions and a change-readiness assessment to align organisations and their products and services with what citizens need, want and value. We help senior leaders consider their organisational, product or service delivery imperative by first developing Empathy for citizens’ needs, wants and perceptions; Positioning the core delivery in a way that uniquely meets the need among other options available, is relevant to important audiences and is defensible through rational evidence. We then work with leadership to consider the organisation’s functions and how best to align them so that performance meets the promise articulated in the positioning. This could result in organisational change or simply serve to focus effort to maximise results without resource waste. Articulation of the key Insight ensures that staff are aligned to act in the citizen’s best interest according to the positioning, and Character provides staff with a virtual role model for how to deliver in a way that reflects the positioning in every interaction. Our work is best suited to organisations that want to engage in product, service and business improvement but don’t want to afford the ‘big accounting firms.’
