Founded in 2021, Vita Health provides a therapy-first model of care dedicated to bettering mental health care access, outcomes, and the overall care experience. We offer timely mental health care services for conditions including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and trauma support for people ages 12-24, with a specialized focus in suicide intervention for people of all ages. No six-month waiting periods, no complicated referral process. Just quality, coordinated care - the way it should be.
