At Vitae Evidence we see the opportunity to improve this situation and we have developed a personalised medicine software solution that mines national and international data and helps ensure patients and clinicians are fully informed of suitable treatment options and clinical trials based on the patient's biomarkers and personal preferences. Our aim is to assist clinicians and patients to improve measurable patient outcomes.
