About VitalPlast USA

VitalPlast has amassed over 20 years of professional experience in engineering plastic recycling. We specialize in repurposing production waste from plastic manufacturers and the plastic processing industry. We source off-grade and scrap materials of various engineering plastics from the United States. Utilizing advanced facilities in Thailand and Hong Kong, we precision-process these materials to produce recycled pellets that adhere to stringent quality standards. Our production process encompasses sorting, crushing, separation, washing, and re-pelletizing of engineering plastics such as PA, PBT, POM, PPS, PC, etc. We even tailor the recycling process to meet the requirements of the final plastic products, aiming for cost reduction and integrated operations. This ensures that our recycled pellets achieve exceptional levels of performance and quality. VITALPLAST leverages its expertise in the field of plastic recycling, dedicating efforts to researching the performance and applications of engineering plastics. We possess advanced laboratories and highly skilled technical engineers capable of swiftly assessing the quality and performance of our raw materials. Through professional analysis, we formulate optimal processing solutions. By implementing effective sorting, advanced regeneration techniques, and modifications, we aim to propel the wider application of recycled plastics in areas such as lighters and automotive components. The long-term collaboration with MK LIGHTER is an achievement that we take pride in.
