The app digitizes individual prescriptions (hardcopy), provides easy access to medical records and builds AI summaries, to provide more agency to the patients and transition health care from curative (often piecemeal) to preventive. Key Innovations (planned in stages): Secured personalized medical history: AI-driven OCR unifies fragmented data from prescriptions and diagnostic reports into actionable summaries (for both individual as well as healthcare provider), unifying India’s scattered personal health record ecosystem. Easy access and sharing: Family accounts enable multi-generational access and one-tap sharing for emergencies or second opinions, ideal for in-situ as well as remote parental care - next phase envisages integration with health providers, creating a seamless PHR ecosystem AI-assisted health database formation: Leads to create a organised dataset of health-related information. In future, AI/ML analysis of the longitudinal medical records + vitals will be advanced to predict early disease risks as well trend analysis to inform government’s actionable health policy.
