About Vitrifi

Vitrifi was formed around a common vision to banish legacy constraints, to drive and champion reliable and available ubiquitous communication. As the industry’s only cloud-agnostic network software provider, Vitrifi’s Telco-as-a-Service (TaaS) enables unprecedented modularity for the functions required to operate as a Communications Service Provider (CSP), whether this be as a Wholesale Open Access Operator or Retail Service Provider. A unique choice of capabilities for any CSP, looking to optimise cost, drive efficiencies and revenues, and ultimately deliver exceptional customer experiences for the end-user/subscriber. Our TaaS business model separates network ownership and operation from Service Providers, allowing multiple ISPs and other Service Providers, to offer services in an automated marketplace. Our cloudified network ecosystem enables Network Operators to manage and optimise their networks and provide their Service Provider customers with next generation tools and advanced automation to manage end-user facing activities, and ultimately best-in-class customer experience. Whilst the underlying technology is impressive, the end goal of our work is to continue to deliver performance, reliability and efficiency, that together provides transformative capabilities for the most demanding distributed services powering global networks – that consume less power, incur less cost and deliver less downtime while improving throughput – at unprecedented levels. Vitrifi sits at the heart of an emerging internet connectivity renaissance – powering an open market – a connectivity marketplace – in which modern day disrupters and established telco players are able to foster emerging opportunities for dynamic commerce.
