About Viva Business Solutions

Welcome to Viva Business Solutions. This site is dedicated to provide businesses with the tools and services to promote efficient and effective business management systems. Our 20 years of experience working with over 300 companies has reaffirmed our belief that every organization needs a proven structure to operate within. ISO9001 is that structure. It has become apparent over the years that the ISO 9001 management systems that have been implemented in the past have become cumbersome, isolated from the mainstream activities and looked upon as a customer requirement rather than a necessity if a company is going to improve and grow. Viva has a mission to provide the wisdom and tools learned by ISO Auditors, consultants and trainers to help organizations reduce their non-value added activities. Our goal is to provide insight so you can KISS (Keep It Simple Sam) your current system and reduce the work load. Join us on the journey to use a Burger King phrase "Do it Your Way"
