ViVac is a biotechnology company reprogramming immunity through synthetic RNA and precision Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP) delivery. Our platform recreates the immune activation of viral infections—without the risks—to drive the next generation of cancer immunotherapies. Unlike conventional treatments that stimulate only parts of the immune system, ViVac’s synthetic RNA encodes a complete yet replication-limited viral blueprint. This enables full activation of cellular and antibody responses while maintaining intrinsic safety. Led by pioneers in synthetic biology and LNP engineering, and backed by leading life-science investors, ViVac is advancing a universal, one-cycle RNA platform designed to turn tumors into immune activation sites and target cancer system-wide. Our initial proof-of-concept using a poliovirus backbone has demonstrated strong in-vitro results and validated tumor-targeted delivery in vivo.
