About Vivacity Property

Collectively Vivacity shares a passion for creating communities and delivering places where people feel they belong and can enjoy the most out of life. Our Masterplan approach – showing proposed lifestyle facilities – is the warm embrace that encourages residents of Vivacity communities to live life the way they choose paired with the peace of mind of a gated community. Residents of Vivacity properties appreciate the benefit of choice when selecting from one of the quality architectural home designs. These amazing homes sympathetically and seamlessly flow with the natural beauty of the land, water, flora and fauna of its landscapes. Combined with diversity of facilities and the convenience of walkability, Vivacity communities connect and flow with the environment to provide a carefree immersion into a healthy, active lifestyle all year round.
