About VivaWise Functional Wellness

Formerly Katie Garrott Wise Wellness, we started in 2019 with a mission to transform the lives of those wanting to address the root cause of their health issues and who are eager for a sustainable solution. We help people thrive using a personalized, supportive, functional medicine approach that address physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. We believe in making wise health choices: based on scientific evidence, experience, and intuition.
