I am writing to express my interest in working with other Providers or your current participants requiring a NDIS Provider, the services we provide are: 1. Assistance to Access & Maintain Employment or Higher Education 2. High Intensity Daily Personal Activities 3. Assistance in Coordinating or Managing Life Stages, Transitions & Supports 4. Daily Personal Activities 5. Assistance with Travel & Transport Arrangements 6. Community Nursing Care 7. Assistance with Daily Life Task in a Group or Shared Living Arrangement (SIL) 8. Innovative Community Participation 9. Development of Daily Living & Life Skills 10. Household Task 11. Participation in Community, Social & Civic Activities 12. Group & Centre Based Activities We are able to take on any self or plan managed and NDIA Managed participants within Sydney. Our company is home based although we are happy to travel to the participants to provide services. Our operating hours are 24/7 and are available to start taking on new participants as of next week.
