Vishwa Nishane Par Hai - VNPH - विश्व निशाने पर है - Planet Is On Target — is a people-led climate crisis awareness campaign that believes climate action must begin with emotional connection and personal initiative founded on World Earth Day in 2004 by © Dr. Nikhil Kant – Climate Practitioner & Poetic Climatologist. It challenges the notion that climate solutions lie only with governments or institutions. Instead, it empowers individuals to act—voluntarily and proactively—starting with what they already do: plant trees, reduce waste, conserve water, and more. At its core, the campaign shifts the narrative from “You should do this” to “I already do this”, promoting climate-positive behavior through storytelling, poetry, and music.
