About Voluntary Service International

Voluntary Service International (VSI) is the Irish branch of Service Civil International (SCI), a global peace and volunteering movement founded in 1920. We work to create a more just, peaceful, and sustainable world by offering volunteering opportunities in Ireland and internationally. 🌍 Our mission is to promote peace, social justice, sustainable development, and intercultural understanding through meaningful volunteer engagement. Whether working on local projects or participating in international initiatives, VSI volunteers are part of a global network creating positive change through cooperation, inclusion, and solidarity. 🤝 We believe in the power of volunteering as a tool for social transformation, built on values of non-violence, human rights, environmental respect, and empowerment! ✨
