VSK Infra is a systems-oriented construction & engineering firm delivering full-scope turnkey projects with greater predictability for residential, commercial, and infrastructure developers across India. For the last 25 years we have been partners in the development of Delhi-NCR through multiple high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects. Founded in 2008, we are in an active growth phase — strengthening operations, logistics, and project controls through disciplined processes, system-led interventions, and integration of mechanical execution with data-driven information systems. We bring deep execution muscle in LSTK contracts, civil-structural-MEP engineering, and on-ground delivery supported by a robust machinery fleet. Complementing this is our internal capability (via sister concern VSK Associates) to act as strategic PMO partner to project owners — anchoring value engineering, structuring feasibility-to-commissioning, de-risking capital deployment, and ensuring tighter alignment between design intent and site outcomes. Our core focus: Transform conventional delivery into measurable, data-driven systems that protect returns and timelines for clients who value reliability over lowest-bid dynamics.
