About VSquared Consultancy (V²)

V² was established in 2024 as Johandré Brits (Kunigi QS) and Deon John Allen (Allprop QS) merged to form V² Consultancy. Contributing to more than 15 years of QS expertise. V² (Value x Value) embodies our commitment to enhancing the value of your construction investments. Our name symbolises our dual focus of minimising cost and optimising value. Our mission is to challenge the notion of Quantity Surveyors simply being cost monitors, by adding tangible value to your projects through cost management, innovative strategies and unwavering dedication to excellence.
