About Vumbaca and Associates

Our firm was created when our founding partner left a well-known Bay Street law firm in the 1990s to start his own practice. His vision was to create a law firm that provides clients with all the benefits and expertise found in a large downtown law firm but in a congenial uptown setting. We have represented some of the largest financial institutions and corporations as well as small and medium-sized businesses and individuals over the years in addressing their legal needs. Our success comes from hiring talented individuals who are well versed in their practice areas and who are sympathetic to the diversity and changing needs of our clients.
