I see the search process through the lens as both a job coach and as a recruiter. I am well versed in all aspects of job counseling, resume review, interview preparation, job select, negotiation, cover letters and thank you notes. As a recruiter I am familiar with job searches, contingency and retainer. I am comfortable with candidate coaching. I know what the employer is looking for. I look at the whole person - their academic, career and personal aspirations. My goal is helping and individual become the best person that they can be. We can talk about where you have been, where you see yourself now, and where you see yourself in the future to develop your career plan. The goal is to present yourself in your best light. I work with college age students looking for internships or that first job. People returning to the work force after a break, someone who is unhappy in their current job, and those nearing retirement who still want to stay busy.
