The firm covers all of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards throughout Southern California, from San Diego to Grover Beach. Our Northern California office is in Concord, located between San Francisco and Sacramento. From this office, we cover all of the Northern California Boards. Since its founding in 1997, the firm has specialized in the representation of large, self-insured employers (mainly Fortune 1000 companies) in defense of their Workers’ Compensation matters, as well as in defense of Labor Code §132a actions and claims for Serious and Willful Misconduct. The firm has been designated by many large employers as their exclusive counsel for Workers’ Compensation matters.
