About Walczak Design + Build

At Walczak Design + Build we specialize in high-end home remodeling and additions. We pride ourselves on being stewards of our client's investment, facilitators of their design, and guides towards achieving their vision. We’re deeply involved with every step of the process as we concept, ideate, collaborate, build, refine and finish every project with expert precision. Our simple, but powerful, design-build approach to construction facilitates a team working together from start to finish in open communication and purposeful collaboration to deliver otherwise unachievable results. When homeowners sit at the same table with our designers, architects, builders, engineers and estimators, great ideas—the best ideas—are born. And the way is paved for creative solutions to take hold, resulting in costs minimized, schedules streamlined and efficiencies realized.
