About Walker & Munns IT Consultants

Walker & Munns was founded in February 2023 by Ricky Walker and Dennis Munns, two seasoned professionals with over two decades of experience in IT architecture and service management. The vision was simple: to create a smarter, more strategic alternative to traditional IT support. After years of working with businesses across various sectors, we identified a recurring issue – too many companies rely on reactive, break/fix IT services, while the root causes go unaddressed. The result? Frustrated teams, repeated problems, and IT providers who don’t truly understand the business they’re meant to support. Walker & Munns takes a different approach. Instead of offering generic remote support, the team works directly with business leaders to understand their operations, culture, and goals. This allows us to deliver tailored IT strategies that fit – supporting productivity, resilience, and growth. We ask the questions others overlook: Why are you repeating the same issue every time you call support? Why does it feel like you’re speaking to someone new each time? Why don’t they understand your business? Every business is unique – and its IT support has to be too. Walker & Munns exists to help businesses take control of their IT. Through strategic guidance, honest advice, and professional services, we empower organisations to move from reactive support to proactive, long-term solutions. Whether you’re scaling, modernising, or simply trying to get more value from your IT investment, Walker & Munns is here to help you build the right foundations for success. Genuity – We bring authenticity and honesty to every conversation. Accountability – We take ownership of outcomes and stand by our advice. Quality – We deliver services that are reliable, thoughtful, and built to last.
