Formed in 2018, Walz Kraft Capital Partners is a private real estate investment and management firm in Chicago, Illinois. We acquire and hold select medical properties and alternative net leased assets throughout the United States. Through a disciplined approach and foundation formed on integrity, Walz Kraft delivers exceptional returns while protecting the wealth of its principals. Walz Kraft employs a syndication strategy with family offices, qualified individual investors, and investment funds. Our real estate portfolio consists of physician group tenants who specialize in ophthalmology, dentistry, autism therapy, spine and pain surgery, general surgery, medical imaging, internal medicine, lab diagnostics, addiction therapy, OBGYN, gastroenterology, and others. As of late 2024, we have also expanded into the veterinary hospital side of medical properties. We succeed when the Physician Groups, Tenants, and Principals with whom we partner succeed.
