We offer real estate management and underwriting solutions based on deep private equity and institutional investment experience. We have reviewed and analysed hundreds of deals. We have made good, and some less good, investments. We are not a brokerage. We will give our views with conviction and clarity. We will give you a plan to maximise value – and are prepared to manage our recommendations to a conclusion. In all our dealings, we will act with the utmost discretion, confidentiality and integrity. Our Approach; We have a high-quality, institutional and private equity approach to deal underwriting and re-underwriting, combining empirical analysis with deep market knowledge. We aim to maximise value for asset owners, investors and capital providers through independent advice on business plan optimisation, underwriting, ESG and repositioning strategy. We provide an independent review of distressed or stressed loan positions for lenders - giving a commercial practical assessment of value maximisation. We have a detailed understanding of development and construction, allowing us to rigorously evaluate asset business plans and delivery risk for projects at any stage in their evolution. We will execute on our suggested strategies, offering investment management services including oversight of acquisition, development, leasing, financing and disposal. We have wide-ranging knowledge of, and connections across, the capital markets, allowing us to secure debt and equity financing for our partners. We are able to co-invest when executing on our strategies. We are sector agnostic – our knowledge and experience span all commercial and residential sub-sectors, and we are very familiar with complex operational real estate. We have first-hand experience of distressed situations, NPLs and managing work-out scenarios, and can provide a comprehensive, outsourced work-out function.
