Warisco’s food safety programs target unintentional contamination in the food value chains. Food defense and food fraud vulnerability assessment programs address intentional contamination and intentional deception using food, food ingredients and/or packaging materials. Through GFSI's global markets programme, we support small and medium food firms to implement basic and intermediate conditions as they work towards a pathway to certification. Our food safety program has been designed to offer high class services at competitive cost to clients of various sizes- small, medium and large-scale operators such as business organizations, NGOs, individuals, registered groups or cooperatives that operate or handle food and/or food ingredients: growing, processing, manufacturing, distribution, hospitality or trade. Our Quality Management System (QMS) programs are based on ISO 9001:2015 principles while HSE are based on ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards and designed to serve clients in both food and non-food value chains. The Mission of Warisco is to provide unrivalled technical services, at competitive prices, to businesses or organizations that seek to pursue certification or just implement and maintain food safety, quality & HSE management systems. Our Vision is to become the point of reference on food safety, quality assurance and HSE; at local, regional and international levels
