About Warlock Works

Warlock Works is a Finland-based team-building service that turns Dungeons & Dragons into a powerful tool for team development. We offer turnkey D&D adventure sessions in the Helsinki capital region – just bring your team, and our professional Dungeon Master will handle the rest. In our custom-designed game room (Vantaa), colleagues become a band of heroes working together to overcome challenges in an immersive fantasy setting. This isn’t your typical trust-fall or PowerPoint team day. Through collaborative storytelling and gameplay, team members build real trust, communication, and creativity while having a blast. No prior D&D experience needed – everyone from first-timers to seasoned players gets to contribute and shine, with quieter voices finding their moment to be heard. The result? An unforgettable shared adventure that strengthens company culture and brings people closer (yes, slaying a figurative dragon together really can unite your team!). Warlock Works’ all-inclusive sessions are designed for small to medium groups, making team-building effortless for you. We provide the game master, an atmospheric venue, and all materials – a hassle-free, ready-made team day so you can focus on the fun. Our unique D&D venue is loaded with props and technology to spark imagination, creating a safe space where trying new ideas is encouraged (and mistakes are just part of the story). It’s team development in disguise – engaging, inclusive, and genuinely fun. Based in the Helsinki capital area, we cater to modern, innovative and growth focused workplaces looking for something different. Whether your team is full of nerdy adventurers or complete newcomers, we promise a creative, bond-building experience that beats the usual escape-room or seminar. Ready to swap the office for a dragon’s lair? Step into our world and make your next team day legendary.
