About WASP DIGITAL

WASP Digital is West Africa’s dedicated AI implementation partner — embedded inside portfolio companies, building the AI intelligence layer that turns analog operations into data-driven enterprises. Founded in Accra in 2013, we spent twelve years operating at the intersection of enterprise technology and West African business. That track record gave us something no international firm can replicate: deep operational knowledge of how West African enterprises actually work — their infrastructure constraints, their relationship-driven commercial logic, and the exact friction points where AI delivers the fastest return. In 2024, we completed a strategic exit from managed print services to focus exclusively on AI-driven transformation. We are on the ground, regionally established, and already running live implementations. The global signal is clear. Anthropic and OpenAI are building Palantir-style consulting arms to deploy AI directly inside PE portfolio companies. Jeff Bezos is raising $100 billion through Project Prometheus to acquire and transform manufacturing companies with AI. The opportunity is not in building models — it is in implementing them. That is precisely where WASP Digital operates. Our implementation model: → Portfolio Diagnostic — highest-value AI entry points, board-ready roadmap → Platform Deployment — proven enterprise infrastructure, 8–10 week go-live → AI Intelligence Layer — forecasting, computer vision, logistics optimisation → Portfolio Rollout — one playbook, scaled across Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire and Nigeria We work with private equity firms seeking to unlock AI value across their West African portfolios, and with operating companies ready to make the transition from manual to intelligent operations.
