About Watch Hill Proper

We're creating a unique experience and a new member community in Louisville for the bourbon enthusiast. A place where the history and traditions of the past meet modern luxury and the new age of bourbon. Everything we do is first-class but also down-to-earth. We try to keep an eye on the traditions of the past and our nose out of the air. Watch Hill Proper is a place to experience bourbon like never before. Our purpose is to be a community built around a common interest - bourbon. Our goal is to be a community of ambassadors for Kentucky’s signature industry. And do it in style.
