About WAVE Design Collective

WAVE is a design firm about people. People are our purpose. A “people” centered design collective that operates with deliberate intent to bring absolute delight to the user, our clients, and our team. We connect through a co-creation process delivering transformative, sustainable product design solutions through radical collaboration. Guided by curiosity, empathy, and a growth mindset, our multidisciplinary team brings a fresh look to real-world problems. We love what we do in all of its human centeredness, and through a nurturing creative culture, we bring the creative fire. We know that when we combine that fire with true end user focus, we can help our partners achieve meaningful profitability that builds positive, and enduring brand relationships.
